1 month (ish) In!

Ok

Weight at Xmas 46.2 KG
Weight as of today 38.2KG

First things first, lifting is awesome.

Doing Stronglifts 5x5   http://stronglifts.com/

Numbers as of Friday

Squat 70kg
Bench 60kg
OHP 37.5kg
Deadlift 80kg
Row  52.5kg

The only thing I have missed a rep on so far is the OHP and this was entirely due to not resting enough during my sets.


Diet is going ok, tracking macro's is hard, so went back to calories, sticking with my 1 treat per day as long as its under my calories seems to be working. one day i might be able to give this shit up but until then Iguess you have to find something that works.

First things first..

I was a massive fatty 

I'm the fat one BTW.

I am not that fat any more.


But what I am sick of is not being what I feel I can be... if not lean, then at least thinner but also STRONG!
